He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Edward and Nina Mae James Williams; his parents-in-law, Marvin Horace and Dorthy Dalton Minton Martin; his son-in-law Robert Lloyd Schneider; his brother Kenneth Frank Williams; and his brother-in-law Tony Ashburn.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Martin Williams; his children, Kim Schneider, Ginger Tichenor (Brian) and Kathryn Boone (Shawn); his grandchildren, Sara Beth Rearden, Ross Tichenor (Sarah States), James Grant Tichenor, Zoe Boone, Knox Boone and Molly E. Schneider; his great grandchildren, Stella and Liam Rearden; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Williams, Jeff Martin (Lisa), Sheila Ashburn and Mary Jane Johnson (Doran). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The family asks that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Hospice of Ohio County.
