He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson McLain and Barbara Dingoes McLain; his siblings, Bobby Joe McLain, David McLain, Debbie McLain, Kyla McLain and Gladys McLain; his great grandchild Kinsley Daniel; and his sister-in-law Brenda McLain.
He is survived by: his wife Mary McLain of McHenry; his children, Tina McLain of Centertown, Brian McLain (Elizabeth) of Owensboro and John McLain (Christi) of Olaton; and his siblings, Donnie McLain of Virginia, Gary McLain (Mossie) of Harlan, Earl McLain of Lexington, Shirley McLain of Georgia, Judy McLain of Corbin, Jean McLain of Utah and Rhonda McLain of North Carolina. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the William L. Danks Funeral Home (222 N Lafayette St, Beaver Dam, KY 42320). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at the Echols Cemetery.
