He is survived by: his parents, Charles Ray Roark, Sr. of London and Nona Lunsford Cobb of Sandgap, Kentucky.; his daughter Chelsea Roark of Sandgap; his granddaughter Rylie Roark; his former wife Laura Roark; and his aunt Cordelia Williams. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
