He was predeceased by: his parents, Cullen Anderson and Hattie McCall Anderson; his son Ronnie Mullins; and his siblings, Martin Anderson, Emily Johnson, Norma Canter, Yvonne Allison and Georgia Fleming.
He is survived by: his wife Nell Fleming Anderson; and his children, Emory Mullins of Harlan, Curtis Wayne Anderson II of McRoberts, Charlene Anderson of North Carolina, Christine Dever of North Carolina and Carmella Mullins of Pound, VA. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
