She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Tackett and Elsie Stapleton Tackett; her siblings, Maurice Tackett, Pauline Depriest and Teresa Field; and her close friend Paisley Trusty.
She is survived by: her children, Samantha Hodge (Jake) of Kermit, WV, Matthew of Meally Ky and Dustin Tackett of Meally Ky; her grandchildren, Matthew Hodge of Kermit Wv, Christopher Baisden of Kermit Wv, Brently Baisden of Kermit Wv and Payden Hodge of Kermit Wv; and her sister Brenda Kimbler of Thelma Ky.
