She is survived by: her children, Cody Cole of Salyersville, Nicholas Nicholas of Spring, Texas, Stalena Pittman of Gainesville and Stacey Spencer; and her sisters, Patricia and Carolyn. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
