He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Conley and Opal Jaynes Conley; and his siblings, James L. Conley, Judy Ratliff and Mary L. Conley.
He is survived by: his son Gene Phillip Conley (Gayle) of Felicity, OH; his siblings, Rick Wright (Kathy) of East Point, KY, Lena Ruth Castle of Grayson, KY, Diana Skaggs of Catlettsburg, KY and Peggy Wheeler of Ulysses, KY; his grandchildren, Garret and Jacob; and his stepgranddaughters, Nica and Megan. He is also survived by four step great-grandchildren.
