He was predeceased by: his parents, Beecher Williams and Mable Blair Williams. He is survived by: his sons, Russell Allen Williams of Erlanger, KY and Christopher Anthony Williams (Lizz) of Union, KY; his siblings, Mike Williams of Delaware, OH, Earl Williams of Fairborn, OH and Vivian Moore of Delaware, OH; and his grandchildren, Lauren Ashley and Kelsey Elizabeth.
