He is survived by: his wife Pamela Brown Hitchcock; his children, James Matthew Hitchcock (Terri Brooke) of Flat Gap, KY, Jerry Mike Hitchcock (Renae) of Louisa, KY., Lainie Kay Hitchcock of Meally, KY and Ginger Rae Hitchcock (Louie); his granddaughter Micha Taylor (Troy) of Van Lear, KY; his great grandchild Clover Taylor; and his stepgreat-grandson Parker Taylor.
