She is survived by: her son Farra David Johnson (Carla) of Means, KY; her grandchildren, David Johnson (Angie), Bill Keck, Krystle Verhoeven (John) and William Johnson (Ashlee); her great grandchildren, Kasey Miller (Douglas), Maddison Johnson, Kaidence Johnson (Zach Heimbach), Farrah Miller, Helen Miller, Jasper Keck, Justin King, Brad Vielee (Cierra) and Aaron Vielee; her great great grandchildren, Hazel Baldwin, Jackson Hayden, Lindey Miller and Cora Vielee; and her siblings, Scott Bailey, Roy Bailey (Maria), Linda Smith (Pete), Lynn Rose, Hazel Mullins, Stacie (Jay) and Shayna Garrett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
