She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie Mayes (George Cundiff) of Owingsville, Marsha Butler (Lonnie Spence) of Owingsville, Katie Mayes (Brandon Thompson) of Mt. Sterling, Stacey Mayes of Harlan, KY and Casey Mayes (Phillip Wireman) of Means, KY; her grandchildren, Kimberly, Danielle, Billy, George "Kenzie", Michaela, Anna, Shelbi, Gabe, Bentley, Abby, Hayden and Carson; her siblings, Betty Myers (Jess), Anita Notestine (Les), Tonya Shope (David), George Parks (Nancy), Fred Parks (Dorothy) and James Parks (Eva); and her sister-in-law Brenda Parks. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
