She is survived by: her children, Ronald Butler, Jr. of Mundelein, IL, Joseph Summers (Alexis) of Melber, KY, William Summers, III (Melissa) of Melber, KY, Frances Spivy of Bunnell, FL and Patricia Gladstone of Mundelein, IL. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
