He is survived by: his wife Melanie Rogers; his children, Jade DaPrato (Leo) of Carbondale, Kansas and Daniel Jones (Morgan Adams) of Murray, Kentucky; his brothers, Danny Rogers of Leavenworth, Darrell Rogers of Topeka, Buddy Rogers of Oklahoma, Mike Schmidtberger of Kansas City and Rick Schmidtberger of Topeka, Kansas; his grandchildren, Kasen Jones, Maddie Boyett, Charlee Jones and Kimberly McPherson; his great grandchildren, Braedyn Burkett, Addy McPherson and Blane Kopp; and his foster son Marc Thompson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
