He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Thurston and Gay Henderson Thurston; and his sister Willadene Walker. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Campbell of Paducah, Randy Thurston (Kathy) of Melber, Danny Thurston (Terri) of Melber and Darren Thurston (Jeanetta) of Paducah; his siblings, Paula English of Melber and Terry Thurston of Melber; his grandchildren, Erika Duncan, Caleb Thurston (Danielle), Kaitlyn Guthrie and Tiffany Thurston; and his great grandchildren, Haleigh Duncan, Duncan and Denver Mitchell.
