It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Morgan of Melbourne, Kentucky, who passed away on June 1, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Morgan and Janie Jessie Morgan; his former life partner Shirley Morgan; his daughter Anita Frantz; his stepson Robert "Eric" Stamper; and his siblings, Jimmie Morgan, Joseph Morgan, Leslie Morgan, James Morgan, Pauline Gray, Mary Constant, Maxine Robertson, Gladys Sexton and Shirley Reagan.

He is survived by : his wife Nannie "Helen" Spicer Morgan; his children, Regenia "Gina" Templeton (Rick), Karen DiNuoscio (Bobby), Angie Moore (Rob) and Johnny Morgan; and his stepdaughter Sheila Compton. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
