She is survived by: her mother Veda Ann Waterworth (Seymour); her daughters, Kimberly Wink and Jennifer Lee Slusher (Jacob); her grandchildren, Kayla Estrada, Laney Adams, Ashlyn Adams, Lilly Slusher, Ethan Slusher, Rowan Slusher and Willow Slusher; Donna Slattery (John).
