With sadness, we share the passing of Wilma Barrett of Melbourne, Kentucky. Wilma, born on April 28, 1933, passed away on October 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Turner and Jane Turner; her husband William Barrett; and her siblings, Truman Turner, Conley Turner, Rudell Turner, Marie Helton and Mila Dean.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Rowlette (Stephen), Samuel Barrett (Olivia), Jack Barrett (Dollie), Ralph Barrett (Diane) and Johnny Barrett (Lisa). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cooper Funeral Home (10759 Alexandria Pike, Alexandria, KY 41001). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at the Evergreen Cemetery.
