He is survived by: his parents, Randell Caudill and Cecelia Stewart; his close friend Sarah Tackett; his children, Jordan Mullins, Jeffrey Mullins of Prestonsburg and Jasmine Mullins of Prestonsburg; and his siblings, Randell Layne Caudill of Melvin, Jamie Caudill of Wheelwright, Jonathan May of Price, Rodney Mullins of Vanwert, Ohio, Patricia Caudill of Melvin and Sierra Caudill of Price.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM and on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Joppa Old Regular Baptist Church (22815 KY-122, Melvin, KY 41650). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
