He is survived by : his wife Sandra Childers Evans; his sons, Charles Anthony and Byron Kelly; his grandsons, Charles Anthony Jr. of Athens, GA and Blake Kelly of Athens, GA; his sisters, Deloris Treece of Speedwell, TN, Betty Dyer (Jay) of Speedwell, TN, Polly Ann Graves of Speedwell, TN and Glenda Gail Owens of Speedwell, TN; and his sisters-in-law, Lois Good Evans of Middlesboro, KY and Jean Whitaker Evans of Marietta, GA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many other family and friends.
