He is survived by: his grandchildren, Tasha "Otis" (Justin Gregory), Bentley Wyrick and Shawn Shelby; his siblings, Mary Hendrickson, Sharon "Rab" Myers (Alan) and Robert Hendrickson (Cheri); his nieces and nephews, Laura Maiden (Andrew), Jessica Gent, Billy Jerome Warren, Marvin Barton (Judy), Dustin Raines, Gary Schwall and Richard Herzog; and his close friends, Bella, Keith Barton and Tony Lamb. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
