She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Harris and Telvis Harris; her former husband Neil Garren; her son Neil Garren Jr.; and her siblings, Mildred, Zoria, Patricia, Maxine and Roy.
She is survived by: her husband David Partin; her brothers, Jack (Pam) and Bill (Judy); her children, Michael Garren, Billy Garren (Amy) and Penny Kauffman; her grandchildren, Chad Garren, Shelby Keaton (Josh), Nicolas Kauffman and Ariel Garren; and her great grandchildren, Paisley, Emery, Caroline, Kynlee, Christopher and Cayson.
