It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Rucker of Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on May 24, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charlene Rucker to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Rucker and Ola Mae Harrell Rucker; and her siblings, Cleo Robbins (Luther), Opal Madon (Arnold), Leland Chester Rucker (Evelyn), Frances Miller (Tom), Bill Rucker (Billie Jean), Alice Faye Heath and Alva Sonny Rucker.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Charles Heath (Casper) and Helen Faye Brooks; and her close friend Sharon Tuminski (Della Whitehead). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
