He was predeceased by: his mother Geneva Burchette. He is survived by: his father Joe Burchette; his wife Brenda Sutton; his daughter Beth Thompson (Todd); his grandchildren, Grant and Avery Thompson; and his brother Gary Burchette (Frances). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cherished friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Shawanee Baptist Church (780 Shawanee Rd, Harrogate, TN 37752). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Burchette Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be directed to Shawanee Baptist Church.
