He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Partin, Sr. and Mary Helen Partin; his wife Robin Latane Billingsley Partin; his sister Kandace Akers; and his parents-in-law, James H. Billingsley, Jr. and Linda Larelle Billingsley.
He is survived by: his sons, Cody Partin (Megan) and Brandon Partin (Jenna); his sisters, Pamela Frady, Patricia Partin, Jackie Ausmus (J. C. "Bo"), Peggy Collins, Georgia Anderson and Marie Albright (Lonnie); his grandchildren, Brixton and Brielle; his niece Brooke Hatfield (Ben); and his great-nieces, Kelly Ann and Karlie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and precious friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (31 Hurst Rd, Middlesboro, KY 40965). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at the Billingsley Family Cemetery.
