He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay Cupp and Irene Price Cupp; his sister Barb; his brother-in-law Jim Buttery; his sons-in-law, Eugene Turnbill and Donnie Miracle; and his great grandchildren, Leslie Belle Greene Bates and Mykel Maxwell (Faye).
He is survived by: his sister Carol Cupp; and his children, Teresa Cupp (Dennie Halcomb), Clayton Allen (Lisa Cupp), Vicky (Jesse Hoskins) and Tammy (John Miller). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and many other family members, loved ones and friends.
