She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harvey and Shirley Smith; and her brothers, Mackie Smith and William A. Smith. She is survived by: her son Tim Cheek (Datina); her sister Sherry Hill (Hillary Cheek); her grandchild Shawn Russell; her daughter Brynlee Hatfield; her uncle Danny Ray Smith; her sibling's children, Alicia Norris, Myrtie Shackleford, Jessica Saylor, William Hill, Clayton Shackleford and Chris Smith; her great-nephew Leo Norris; her sister-in-law Rhonda Smith; and her close friend Crystal Cornett.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (31 Hurst Rd, Middlesboro, KY 40965). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at the Smith Cemetery.
