She was predeceased by: her parents, Nadine Mason (Yeary) and Verlin Mason of Middlesboro, KY.. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Howe; her sons, Steven James Marsee of Winchester, KY and Gregory Neal Marsee of Versailles, KY.; and her sister Dian Mason of Claiborne County, TN. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, and close friends.
