She is survived by : her husband Rex Slife; her son Matthew Sparks (Rebecca Cody); her grandchildren, Brittany Nida, Steven Mink, Matthew D. Sparks, Kasandra Pascali and Becky Phelps (David); her great grandchildren, Kevin Baker, Hayden Sparks, Chloe Nida, Blaine Baker, Brittly Cornish, Tatum Hoskins, Maya Pascali and Kayla Pascali; and her brothers, Bill Reeves (Margie), Troy Reeves and Tony Reeves (Sharon). She is also survived by nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, other relatives and friends.

“I'm so sorry for your loss however, heaven has gained another angel. Eula Jean was a very beautiful lady and touched so many lives with her smiles, singing and inspiration. I will never forget the times we had together and the memories that were made. I am so blessed that I had the opportunity to meet and love her. I'm sure God welcomed her saying WELCOME HOME MY GOOD & FAITHFUL SERVANT as she goes to prepare a place for the rest of her family. Lives will change but memories will last a life time.”
