He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Robbins and Margaret Robbins; and his wife Janet Robbins. He is survived by: his children, Linda Lawson (Jerry), Anthony Robbins (Zelda) and Andrea England (Arnold); his grandchildren, Lauren O'Quinn (Brennan), Bryan Robbins (Robyn) and Krystin Wilson (Anthony); his great grandchildren, Rylan O'Quinn, Skylar O'Quinn, Aubree England, Savannah Howerton and Sadie Howerton; his nephew Elwood Robbins; and his niece Brenda Allen.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (31 Hurst Rd, Middlesboro, KY 40965). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens (1805 State Hwy 441, Middlesboro, KY 40965).
