He is survived by: his significant other Cheryl Baker; his son Matthew Ward; his sister Michelle Phillips (Joe Williams); his uncle Raymond Buchannan; his father-in-law Robert Baker (Sue); his sister-in-law Kim Smith (Greg); and his sibling's children, Cameron and Makenna Smith. He is also survived by aunts uncles and cousins.
