He is survived by: his wife Debbie Partin; his children, Tex Hoskins (Freida) of Richmond, KY, Alice Harris (Tony) of Ferndale, KY, Debbie Jo "PeeWee" Partin (Tom Jackson) of Middlesboro, KY and Robert Partin-Barnett (Tammy) of Cleveland, TN; his grandchildren, Megan Hunter (Wendell), Tori Miracle (Brandon), Jessica Hurst (JT), Jim Partin (Caitlyn Hutchison), Jamie Hoskins (Hannah), Natausha Gunn (Timmy), Cody Partin, Devon Partin, Amanda Bain (Josh), Dustin Mullins and Matt Ezell; his great grandchildren, Kasen Miracle, Raelynn Miracle, Peyton Miracle, Beckett Hunter, Madison Hunter, Hadley Vance, Millie Hoskins, Noah Hoskins, Dre Gunn, Nevaeh Bain, Gracie Bain, Conri Bain, Brantley Bain, Aurora Ezell, Murphy Sears, Mason Partin and Landon; his aunt Joann Leach; his close friends, Allen Rouse, Phil Daniels, Kitty Raines, Carl Cobb and Rhonda Cawood Thomas; and his pets, Little Bit and Tootsie.
