She is survived by: her brother Michael Wilson Brooks Sr.; her children, Tiffany Marie Slay, Jerry Wayne Slay, Brooke Danette Willis and Nicole Dawn Slay; her grandchildren, Katelyn Winget, Hannah Winget, Ethan Slay, Rebecca Winget, Nathan Slay, Natalie Slay, Dax Willis, Cash Willis and Odin Willis; and her great grandchildren, Addalyn-Mae Collins and Amelia Smith.
