He was predeceased by: his mother Fannie Lake. He is survived by: his father Forrester Lake; his children, Crystal Fuson, John Fuson and Estill Middleton; his siblings, Earl Lake, Ruby McFarland and Betty Houston; and his close friends, Mike Marcum, Gary Bo and Mary Jackson.
