With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jim Mullins of Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on September 4, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Arch Mullins and Mae Givens Mullins; and his brothers, Dillard Mullins, Joe Mullins and Lemuel Mullins.

He is survived by : his wife Betty Mullins; his children, Jimmy Mullins (Jamie) of Harrogate, TN, Jerry Mullins (Jennifer) of Middlesboro, KY., Melissa Harrell of Middlesboro and Becky Martin (Larry) of Sharps Chapel, TN.; and his brothers, Henry Mullins of Harrogate, TN and Walter Mullins of Middlesboro, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
