With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johnny Shackelford (Middlesboro, Kentucky), who passed away on April 23, 2023 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Shackelford and Jeanette Shackelford; and his brother Jeffery Shackelford. He is survived by: his sisters, Brenda Ellison (Jerry) and Sara Shackelford; his niece Jada Ellison; his nephew Jeffery Shackelford (Krystal); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Evan Jackson (Alyssa), Aiden Jackson, Kadence Hatfield, Kinley Hatfield and Kaylee Hatfield (Sherry Ledford); his grandson CJ Ledford; his pet Hank; and his caregivers, Tina Cox and Tammy Gambrel. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
