She was predeceased by: her father Danny Ray Cox; her husband Paul Boatright Sr.; and her sister Charline Madon. She is survived by: her mother Anna Sue Keys; her children, Paul Boatright, Jr. (Courtney Danielle) and Katie Lynn Nicole Boatright; her grandchildren, Zane Boatright, Grayson Partin and Zoey Boatright; her siblings, Joyce Jones, Erica Madon, Timothy Lee Hughes and Jacob Lee Hughes; and her siblings' children, Kerry Partin, Alex Hoskins, Kevin Madon, Carrie Smith, Linda Canterbury and Anna Faye Cox.
In Lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Shumate Funeral Home for funeral expense.
