She was predeceased by: her parents, Wiley Mitchell and Gwendolyn Mitchell. She is survived by: her pet Relay; her sister Nancy Moore of Lawrence, KS; her close friend Merle Partin of Middlesboro, KY.; her niece Jennifer Young; her daughters, Alyson Young, Caitlin Morin, Abigail and Paislee; her nephew Brian Sapp (Heather); and her children, Austin, Dylan and Bailey.

In lieu of flowers the Family is asking for all. Donations to be directed to The Friends of Bell County Animal Shelter PO Box 2534 Middlesboro, KY 40965.
