He was predeceased by: his wife Jane Evans; his parents, Evan Davis and Pearl Evans; his children, Lincoln Evans and Taffy Martin; his grandson Claude Wayne; and his siblings, Shan, Jean, Mary Dwayne, Wesley, Richard and Brother Edmond.
He is survived by: his children, Edmund Evans (Lynny), David Evans (Theresa), Debbie Martin, Angela Kirkland, Chrissy Martinez (Roland) and Mary Evans; his siblings, Clay, Brenda and Arietta; and his grandchildren, Mercedes (Aaron), Richard, Erica, Jeremy, Claudia (Shane), Lori, Frankie, Little Lincoln, Shane, Chris, Adam, David and Christle. He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
