She is survived by: her daughter Karen Phelps Smith (David); her grandsons, Cody Smith (Courtney) and Derek Smith; her great grandchildren, Greyson and Maverick; her siblings, Mary England, Barbara Hall (Gary), Sara Brigman and Kyle Carmack; and her half-sister Mary Ferguson. She is also survived by nieces, special nephews, family and friends.
