She is survived by: her mother Kathleen Clouse; her husband Franklin Tolliver; her stepson Matthew Tolliver (Amber); her grandchildren, Taylor Young and Morgan Tolliver; her siblings, Coleen Thomas (James) and Donnie Clouse (Katherine); her sister-in-law Cathy Pauley (Fred); her nieces and nephews, Austin, Daniel, Stephen, Jonathan, Megan, Jennifer, Jamie and Deanna; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Dallas, Nezzie and Hope. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel (6340 Cumberland Gap Pkwy, Harrogate, TN 37752). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
