It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Louise West of Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on January 18, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Laws and Lillie Mae Engle Laws; her husband Eugene Oniska West; her son Larry West; and her grandson Kevin Joe Brock.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Redmond (Charles), Eugenia Marie Hale (Ron), Joe Oniska West (Joy), Pamela Sue West and Gary West (Jodie); her grandchildren, Joe "Odie" West (Priscilla), Summer Heather Redmond (Danny Byrd), Christopher Austin West, Cameron May, Braelyn West, Beronica Ashley Billings and Lauren Faith West; her great grandchild Paris West; her siblings, Charles Laws, Shirley Rains and Raymond Laws; and her niece Karen LaRhonda West Billings (Lawrence). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
