He is survived by : his niece Rebecca Polly Brock; his sister-in-law Mary Brooks Polly; his children, Jonathan Polly and Malinda Polly; his grandchildren, Braelyn Polly and Braeson Baldwin; and his siblings, Jimmy Polly, Leonard Polly, William Polly, Charles Polly, Jerry Polly, Bertha Polly Twiggs, Norma Polly Brooks and Betty Polly Ealy.
