Michael Bowling Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Bowling of Middlesboro, Kentucky, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Michael Bowling to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his wife Jamie Shoffner Bowling; his children, Ashley Kraska (Richard) of Boston, MA, Adam Bowling (Becky) of Middlesboro, KY and Blake Bowling (Taylor) of Middlesboro, KY; his grandchildren, Everly Kraska, Elizabeth Kraska (Ellie), Emerson Kraska (Emma), Harrison Bowling and William Bowling; his brothers, Bryan Bowling of Harrogate, TN and Robert Bowling (Karla) of Lexington, KY; his parents-in-law, John Shoffner (Janine) of Louisville, TN, Jay Shoffner (Kelly) of Middlesboro, KY and Jerry Shoffner (Farra) of Middlesboro, KY; and his friend Dr. Neil Barry III (Jane). He is also survived by his kids, nieces, and nephews.

Due to Covid, a private family funeral has been planned.

In lieu of flowers, a Mike Bowling Scholarship to Southeast Community College has been established to benefit deserving students in the community.
