He is survived by: his wife Dena; his daughter Amanda "Mandy" Ellis (Tim); his grandchildren, Kaden Ellis, Kenna Money, Megan Goins Mullins (Quinton), Melanie Goins, Logan Tate, Matthew Goins and Olivia Johnson; his great grandchildren, Maddux Mullins and Margaux Mullins; his stepchildren, Chad Money (Mackenzie), Joe Goins (Monica) and Joy Goins (Dan Johnson); and his sister Carolyn Welch. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
