He is survived by: his brothers, Glen (Sam), Gary and Mark (Jennifer); his nieces and nephews, Anna, Allen, Kelsey, Brooke, Ray and Taylor (Sherry); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jessica and Ryan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
