Though Mikayla may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Mikayla touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Spanski and Victoria Denise Quinones. She is survived by: her grandparents, Spanky and Minnie Spanski; her brother Phillip Vincent Quinones; and her aunts and uncles, Crystal Spanski, Bobbie Jean Spanski, Shelia Spanski, Eddie Joe Spanski and Kenny Spanski. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (31 Hurst Rd, Middlesboro, KY 40965). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens (1805 State Hwy 441, Middlesboro, KY 40965).
