He is survived by: his daughter Shea Mullins (Cindy Orr); and his siblings, Sandy Looper and Jason Carmack (Melissa). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Green Hills Funeral Home (31 Hurst Rd, Middlesboro, KY 40965). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at the Green Hills Memorial Gardens (1805 State Hwy 441, Middlesboro, KY 40965).
