He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Partin of Sweetwater, TN.; his children, David Partin (Carol) of Middleboro, KY., Mike Partin of Tazwell, TN., Elmelda Howard (Bill) of Sweetwater, TN. and Brenda Hiatt of Fort Wayne, IN.; his siblings, Jackson Partin (Anna) of Middlesboro, KY. and Victoria Teague of Churubusco, IN.; and his caregiver Crystal Blackburn of Middlesboro, KY.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and many friends.
