She is survived by: her children, John Hayes (Mary), Jeff Hayes, Tim Hayes (Amy) and Tara Barton (Brad); her grandchildren, Scott Hayes (Mary), Chris Hayes (Katie), Kaylie McGinnis (Josh), McKenzy Hayes (Cameron Vanover), Bryson Hayes and Hadley Barton; her great grandchildren, Elliott, Kennedy, Hunter, Lucy Hayes and Ian McGinnis; her brother John "Junior" Arnett; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Arnett.
