With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vicky Settles of Middlesboro, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 12, 2026 at the age of 65. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raleigh Landsaw and Opal Hatton Landsaw; and her siblings, Patty Patterson, Dorothy Stark, Barbara Proffitt, Tom Collins and Butch Landsaw.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Settles; her children, Carrie Pack (Steven), Lorie "Annie" Settles and Joe Settles (Amy); her granddaughters, Lex and Ali Pack; her siblings, Nancy Fancil, Bob Landsaw, Lisa Ward, Tim Landsaw, Deborah Landsaw and Jackie Landsaw; her niece Brandy Alcantar; and her cousin Kathy Pilkinton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and many friends.
